By creating an account or using Trackoli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Trackoli is a project tracking tool that lets freelancers create shareable progress links for their clients. We provide the platform to create, manage, and share these tracker links.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Trackoli

You agree not to:

• Use Trackoli for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform

You retain ownership of all content you create on Trackoli (project names, stage descriptions, CTA links, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your tracker links do not contain misleading, harmful, or illegal content.

We aim to keep Trackoli available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will try to notify users of significant changes in advance.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

Trackoli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trackoli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
