1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use Trackoli, we store the project tracker data you create -project names, client names, stages, delivery dates, and CTA links.

For analytics, we collect page views and button clicks on your public tracker links, including the visitor's browser user-agent. We do not collect IP addresses or use cookies on public tracker pages.

2. How we use your data

To provide and maintain Trackoli's core features
To show you analytics about your tracker link activity
To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Trackoli:

Supabase -database and authentication
Vercel -hosting and deployment
PostHog -product analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookie tracking)

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data -profile, trackers, stages, and analytics -is permanently deleted.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure authentication flows. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your Trackoli profile. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at the email below.
